Want more for less?

Getting more for less could be the mantra of all facilities managers and landlords. To reach that goal, many have invested in building management systems, aiming to cut energy and operational costs. However, some have ended up with discrete systems that don’t work well together and don’t deliver their objectives.

This is where our integrated building energy management systems platform, Hydra, can help. The Hydra system, with its supervisor control and data acquisition functions, is a window into the heart of a building. It is also a pro-active business tool giving information to building managers so they can make informed business decisions. Delivering an energy efficient building that produces a comfortable work-space environment for the well-being of the buildings occupants.

Hydra is a flexible building management platform that simplifies tasks and processes in an intelligent way. Hydra allows you to complete building control and safety tasks in a fast secure and comfortable manner. Hydra provides a powerful capability to incorporate your organisations roles and responsibilities into the system. Each operator, and user, will see act and react only to his/her specific and predefined area of responsibility and scope of operation.

Power at your fingertips

Hydra allows users to easily navigate the system to visualise logged events. Built on the latest vector graphics platform (HTML5), it helps users zoom in to the information they need, whether that’s on a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Hydra makes reporting easy. The powerful reporting engine includes a wide range of standard reports and lets you customise reports that can be tailored with real-time charts graphs and other relevant images and pictures. Automatically creating, and run reports based in a present schedule, or events trigger the platform allows users to create report templates that can be modified for future use.

Hydra is designed to work with your IT infrastructure using the latest HTML5–Niagara Framework technology, and standard databases. Its client-server architecture supports desktop, Windows app and web clients, offering the same user interface, along with the functionality you expect from today’s computing technology.
